Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Jack B. Moore is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Cameron International Corporation. He also served as Cameron’s President until October 2014. He was named President and Chief Executive Officer in April 2008 and became Cameron’s Chairman of the Board in May 2011. He joined Cameron’s Drilling and Production Systems group in July 1999 as Vice President and General Manager, Western Hemisphere, and was named President of this group in July 2002. He became President and Chief Operating Officer in January 2007 and has been a Director of Cameron since 2007. Prior to joining Cameron, Jack held various management positions with Baker Hughes Incorporated where he was employed for twenty-three years. He holds a B.B.A. degree from the University of Houston and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
President and Chief Operating Officer
R. Scott Rowe was named President and Chief Operating Officer on October 1, 2014, with responsibility for Cameron’s global operations: Drilling & Production Systems, Valves & Measurement, Process Systems, OneSubsea and Operational Excellence. Scott joined Cameron in 2002 as Corporate Development Manager and has most recently served as a Vice President for Cameron and Chief Executive Officer for OneSubsea. Scott has held other significant positions in both Drilling and Production Systems and Valves and Measurement, including President of the Subsea Systems division, President of the Engineered and Process Valves division, and Vice President and General Manager of the Distributed Valves division. Before joining Cameron, Scott served in the U.S. Army and worked for Varco as a Project Manager. Scott holds a B.S. degree in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy (West Point) and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Senior Vice President
Gary Halverson is Senior Vice President of Cameron International Corporation. He joined Cameron in 1978 and has held numerous management positions throughout his 32 year career in the U.S. and overseas. He has served as Director of Sales and Marketing for Asia Pacific Middle East based in Singapore, General Manager of Latin America, Vice President and General Manager for the Western Hemisphere based in Houston. He is a graduate of Odessa College. He serves on the board of directors of the Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association (PESA), general committee of special programs (GCSP) American Petroleum Institute (API), U.S. delegate to the World Petroleum Congress (WPC).
Senior Vice President and General Counsel
William C. Lemmer is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Cameron. He joined Cameron in July 1999. He was previously with Oryx Energy Company, where he had served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since 1994, and as Chief Counsel in Oryx's corporate office from 1988 to 1994. He also held various senior management positions in the upstream and downstream businesses of Sunoco, Inc. from 1979 to 1988; was a staff attorney with the Overseas Private Investment Company from 1976 to 1979; and was an associate with Bigham, Englar, Jones and Houston in New York from 1971 to 1976. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University Honors College and a J. D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Charles M. Sledge is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Cameron International Corporation. He joined Cameron in July 2001 as Corporate Controller and was named to his current position in April 2008. He had previously been with Stage Stores Inc. since 1996, serving most recently as Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasurer. Prior to joining Stage, he was with Price Waterhouse LLP from 1989 to 1996. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is also a graduate of The Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer
Dennis S. Baldwin joined Cameron in March 2014 as Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer bringing twenty-nine years of industry experience. Prior to joining Cameron he was Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of KBR, Inc. Mr. Baldwin held the position of Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Houston-based McDermott International from 2007 to 2010, and prior to that served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Integrated Electrical Services and Vice President, Corporate Controller at Houston-based VERITAS, DGC. Mr. Baldwin is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Houston and a B.B.A.in Accounting from Sam Houston State University.
Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer
Steve Geiger was named Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Cameron International Corporation in October 2014, with responsibility for Human Resources, Information Technology and Global Security operations worldwide. He joined Cameron as Vice President, Operational Excellence in February 2013, and most recently served as Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining Cameron he was with Senn-Delaney Leadership Consulting Group where he was the Senior Vice President/Strategic Account Leader. Previously, he held roles at Carlson Company as the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer for Carlson Marketing Worldwide as well as Corporate Vice President, Integration and Transformation for Carlson Corporate. Steve is a licensed psychologist and holds a doctorate from the University of Minnesota, a Master’s Degree from the University of St. Thomas, Minnesota, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota.
Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Jennifer Hartsock is Vice President and Chief Information Officer overseeing the Corporate Information Technology Organization. Jennifer joined Cameron in March of 2015 where she spent 17 years with Caterpillar. She served most recently as Group CIO for their Construction Industries segment. As Group CIO she led business-aligned IT strategies, business application support and development, global SAP support centers of excellence and business transformations. Jennifer was a member of both Caterpillar’s Construction Industries and corporate Chief Information Officer leadership teams. Jennifer graduated summa cum laude from Illinois State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science. She has also completed the Management for the 21st Century (Mini-MBA) program at Bradley University, the Caterpillar Leadership Development Program and is a Certified Caterpillar Six Sigma Black Belt.
Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Chief Governance Officer
Grace Holmes is Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Chief Governance Officer for Cameron International Corporation. She also oversees Cameron’s Global Community Affairs Program and chairs the Corporate Community Affairs Committee. She joined Cameron in May 1995 as Assistant Corporate Secretary and managed the ethics and compliance programs from 2003 to 2008, serving as Cameron’s Ethics and Compliance Officer. Before joining Cameron, she served as Director of Community Affairs and Assistant Corporate Secretary of Transco Energy Company (acquired by The Williams Companies, Inc.) She attended the University of Texas in Austin and holds a B.B.A. degree from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas.
Vice President, Treasurer
H. Keith Jennings is Vice President and Treasurer for Cameron International Corporation. He joined Cameron in June 2009. Jennings was previously with Alghanim Industries, serving as Corporate Treasurer. Prior to joining Alghanim, he was a senior member of PepsiCo. Inc.’s Corporate Treasury team with responsibility for International Corporate Finance and Global Liquidity. He also served in a variety of senior treasury and finance-related roles with Ingersoll-Rand Corporation, Pharmacia Corporation and Monsanto Company. Jennings holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
Vice President and President, Drilling Systems
Hunter W. Jones is Vice President of Cameron International and President, Drilling Systems. He joined Cameron in 1996 as Manager Procurement Planning and has since held positions of increasing responsibility within Cameron, most recently as Vice President and Chief Information Officer. His range of experience with Cameron covers Operations, Quality, Supply Chain Management, Six Sigma and Procurement. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida.
Vice President, Investor Relations
Scott Lamb was named Vice President, Investor Relations for Cameron International Corporation in September 2014 and is responsible for the Company’s investor and media relations. Prior to joining Cameron, he served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for Foster Wheeler AG, an energy-focused engineering and construction firm. Scott has more than 20 years of experience in investor relations and corporate communications in a variety of industries, including metals and mining and forest products. He holds a B.A.degree from Weber State University and an M.A. degree from the University of Houston. He is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute and the National Advisory Committee of Weber State University.
Vice President, Tax
William “Gordy” Lamb was named Vice President, Tax for Cameron in April 2012. He served most recently as Cameron’s Tax Director for Global Tax Operations. Gordy joined Cameron in March 2009 after holding the position of President of a privately held real estate investment company in Memphis,TN. He was previously a Tax Director at Hewlett-Packard for eight years and also served as a Tax Manager for Price Waterhouse for six years. He is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Memphis.
President, Valves and Measurement
Doug Meikle is President of Valves and Measurement. Doug joined Cameron in 2013 after spending five years as the Chief Executive Officer of Stork Technical Services. Previous to that, Doug spent his career at Halliburton in operational and leadership roles in Dubai, London and Houston. Doug has an honors degree in Petroleum Engineering from Strathclyde University and a Divinity Degree from the University of Aberdeen. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University.
Vice President and President, Surface
Stefan Radwanski is President, Surface and is responsible for Cameron’s global surface division. He joined Cameron in February 2004 as Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Cameron, he worked for Vetco Gray (now GE) for 19 years, in various different roles in the UK, Nigeria and in Singapore. Stefan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Liverpool John Moores University in Liverpool, England, and has a Professional Diploma in Management from the Open University.
President, Process Systems
Steven W. Roll joined Cameron in January 2014 as President of Process Systems. Prior to joining Cameron, he held a number of executive positions and most recently was Vice President, Atlantic Region, at McDermott International Inc. He also served as McDermott's global leader of business development, sales, marketing and operational strategy. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, and has completed professional education courses at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, Rice University and Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Vice President Marketing and Chief Technology Officer
Justin Rounce is Vice President of Marketing and Chief Technology Officer and is responsible for leading strategic marketing and new technology development across Cameron. Prior to joining Cameron, Rounce was Vice President of Marketing and Technology for OneSubsea. Before joining OneSubsea, Justin was Vice President & Director, Mergers and Acquisitions for Schlumberger and led the Schlumberger team in the creation of OneSubsea. Rounce joined Schlumberger in 1987 as a testing engineer in the North Sea region. After moving to the Wireline division in 1992, he served in many different roles, including field operations, operations management, product management and new technology development.
In 2003, he joined Schlumberger's Information Solution business segment as Vice President, Software Products. In this role, Rounce was responsible for all commercial software, including the industry-leading Petrel and Eclipse products. In 2007, he was promoted to Vice President, Software Governance, responsible for all software in Schlumberger, both internal and commercial. In 2009, he moved to the position of Vice President, Marketing and Technology for the Schlumberger Production group. This included overseeing the marketing and new technology developments of the Well Services, Well Intervention, Completions, and Artificial Lift business lines. In 2011, he moved to the position of Vice President and Director, Mergers and Acquisitions, for Schlumberger.
Vice President, Operational Excellence
Owen A. Serjeant is Vice President, Operational Excellence for Cameron International Corporation with Enterprise wide oversight of HSE, Quality, Services, Enterprise Excellence, Operations and Global Supply Chain. Previously at Cameron, he served as President, Compression Systems group; President of the Subsea Systems division of Drilling and Production Systems; and Vice President, Projects and Operations. He has been with Cameron since 1981, both in the U.S. and overseas, and began his career in operations and engineering with Compression Division’s Aftermarket Group based in the UK and the TurboMachinery group. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Aston University and an MBA from Henley Management College, both in the UK.
Vice President, Strategy and Analytics
Edward E. Will is Vice President, Strategy & Analytics for Cameron International Corporation. He joined Cameron’s Drilling and Production Systems group in 1998 as Vice President for Cameron, Surface and Subsea Business. He came from Weatherford where he directed corporate acquisition and business development activities. He previously served as President of the international division of the Western Company of North America and Vice President for several divisions of NL Industries/Baroid Corporation, including its former Shaffer pressure controls equipment division and ACME rental equipment division. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Reed College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
